We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, with the gondola and a bus stop nearby for easy transportation. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, and well-furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom was fantastic, with a perfect shower. The staff was friendly, communicative, and very helpful. We couldn't have asked for more!

I would have appreciated a dedicated concierge service to assist senior guests with any special needs or questions. The children working there did their best, but having a knowledgeable staff member specifically trained to cater to the needs of older guests would have made my vacation even better.
